First Source Resources Inc. was founded and incorporated under the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia on October 20, 2005.

The Company is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and is currently involved in two mineral exploration projects:

1. The Central Canadian Project – a strategic alliance with Diagnos inc. (ADK.V) under which First Source and Diagnos are exploring 150,000 square kilometers of central Canada, using the proprietary CARDS geological target generation system, as well as traditional exploration techniques;
2. Lac des Pics Project - a gold and copper exploration program in the Gaspe region of Quebec;

First Source trades on the TSX Venture Exchange Market under the symbol, "FSR", and as of July, 2008 the Company had 7,740,955 shares issued and outstanding.
