Mr. Lamb (Non-Executive Director).
Mr. Lamb is a Vancouver-based lawyer and businessman. Mr. Lamb received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in May 2000, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in September 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in September 1996. He is currently an advisor to public and private companies with a focus on corporate finance and commercial transactions. He was Corporate Secretary and in-house counsel to Cabo Mining Enterprises Corp., a TSX Venture-listed company (CBE.V) in 2004 and 2005, and from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Lamb was President and a Director of Europa Trade Agency Ltd., which was a publicly-traded company on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board market in the United States (currently ICPW.OB). From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Lamb practised primarily in areas of corporate and mergers and acquisitions law as an associate at the Vancouver office of Lang Michener LLP. Mr. Lamb is currently President and Director of Amicus Capital Corp., a private British Columbia capital pool company, and is Vice-President, Corporate, of Goldgroup Resources Inc. Mr. Lamb recently resigned as a director of Atomic Minerals Ltd., an Exchange listed company (ATL-P.V).
